The purpose and mission of this breed club is to support and promote Faverolles through show Meets, publicity and encouraging public interest in this very rare breed of chicken, French Faverolles.

Faverolles Fancies of America was founded in 1080 by enthusiasts of the breed. This small group of people held the first Annual Meeting at The Ohio National in Columbus, Ohio during the month of November in that year.
